I am a dedicated Uro-Oncologist with extensive experience in advanced minimally invasive and robotic urological cancer surgery. Over the course of my career, I have performed more than 2,000 robotic procedures across the full spectrum of uro-oncology, including Robotic Radical Prostatectomy, Robotic Radical Cystectomy with ileal conduit and orthotopic neobladder reconstruction, Robotic Partial and Radical Nephrectomy, Robotic Radical Nephroureterectomy, Robotic Retroperitoneal Lymph Node Dissection (RPLND), Robotic Inguinal Block Dissection, and Robotic Anterior Exenteration.

I specialize in various advanced techniques of Robotic Radical Prostatectomy, including Retzius-sparing and Hood techniques, which are designed to promote early urinary continence and faster recovery of sexual function. I am also proficient in performing completely intracorporeal robotic radical cystectomy with urinary diversion, aiming to reduce post-operative morbidity and enhance patient recovery.

In addition to robotic surgery, I have significant expertise in open and laparoscopic surgical approaches. My clinical interests also include focal therapy for prostate cancer, particularly using High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU). I am well-versed in MRI-Ultrasound Fusion Prostate Biopsy, utilizing both transperineal and transrectal techniques for accurate diagnosis and personalized treatment planning.

I have performed numerous live robotic uro-oncology surgeries at national and international conferences, including robotic radical prostatectomy, radical cystectomy, and partial nephrectomy. I also had the privilege of conducting a live telesurgery of a Robotic Radical Cystectomy using an indigenous Indian robotic system—an experience that reflects my commitment to advancing surgical education and innovation.
